Flash don't have a good compatibility with some types of audio files. Even if it is a MP3 most of them have codecs not compatible with flash.
You can convert them in a compatible codec using free programs you can download in the internet.

This really isn't the place to ask for help. Try the Flash Bbs click "Forums" at the top right hand corner of this page. And start a new post under Flash. More details might help, but I don't have CS4 so I can't really speculate on the cause of your problem.
